Kaskade

Biographie

Ryan Raddon, known as Kaskade, is a household name in electronic music. He’s a Multi GRAMMY Award-nominated musician and has a list of achievements any industry member couldn't dare dream of achieving in a dozen lifetimes. Kaskade has twelve studio albums and seven Grammy nominations.
In February 2023, Kaskade covered billboard magazine with fellow Kx5 collaborator deadmau5 as the headlining act for SXSW. This was on the heels of their historic LA Memorial Coliseum show, which set the record for the largest single-day concert headlined by an electronic music artist ever in North America per pollstar with billboard magazine confirming the show as the biggest ticketed global headliner dance event of 2022. Kaskade was the first solo electronic dance artist to sell out both Navy Pier in Chicago (his hometown), and the Staples Center in Los Angeles (his home now). Kaskade was also the first DJ to secure a Las Vegas residency, creating the landscape for the city’s future entertainment structure. He was the first electronic artist to headline Coachella; and has the honor to be the only DJ to have played the Grand Canyon West Skywalk. To date, Kaskade is the only musician to conceptualize and create an entire season of music for video game giant Rocket League and headlined multiple live streams during quarantine including a Fortnite feature concert. In July of 2021, Kaskade came out of quarantine swinging as the first ever solo headlining musician to sell out and perform for a public event at LA’s SoFi Stadium.
Kaskade has a fanbase nothing short of evangelical. With collaborations under his belt with heavy hitters Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani and Meghan Trainor, he has the unique talent of creating his signature sound in any genre. Most recently Kaskade has teamed up with fellow producer deadmau5 to form Kx5. Their debut single “Escape” was a Top 40 crossover smash and in 2022 was the #1 Dance Single on Mediabase charts. Stay tuned for more moves from the original curve bender, Kaskade.
