IGLOOFEST RETURNS TO THE OLD PORT OF MONTREAL TO CELEBRATE ITS 15TH SEASON
Montreal, October 28, 2021 – After a long year of hibernating at home, Igloofest—the coldest music festival in the world—is back for 4 weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) this winter between January 13 and February 5, 2022, at the Old Port of Montreal. Presented by Sapporo - with the collaboration of Videotron and Solotech - the festival’s 15th season invites all winter warriors and music lovers to experience the hottest party of their lives—right out in the cold.
Music fans will once again gather for the hottest, most colourful event in town. Get outside and dance under the stars to incredible music spun by local and international DJs. In addition, this year hip-hop music fans are invited to come to the Hip-Hop nights happening on January 20 and 27th.
Igloosapiens can purchase their blind pass today at 1pm, on the new event website. Created by design company Deux Huit Huit, the all-new igloofest.ca pays homage to the occasion with a site as wild as the event itself. Full event programming for the 15th season of Igloofest will be announced soon.

About Igloofest
Since 2007, Igloofest brings together thousands of music lovers to dance under the stars at Montreal’s Old Port. With its icy decor set against steel structures, its striking architectural visuals, its program that draws the best local and international artists, its surprising and playful Igloovillage, and its tacky snowsuit contest, Igloofest is one of the city’s hippest events and one of the country’s most popular winter destinations. Without a doubt, Igloofest is where winter happens. This year and for a 15th edition, Igloofest is back with four weekends of icy nights, but oh so hot at the same time! The event will take place from Thursday to Saturday, from January 13th to February 5th, 2022.
