Igloofest Reveals Its Lineup for the Après-Ski Evenings

Montreal, December 5, 2023 — What’s going down after IGLOOFEST? The party doesn’t stop! As announced, Montreal's favourite festive storm will be hitting hard from January 18 to February 10. Following its regular schedule at Quai Jacques-Cartier, the party will be making waves across Old Montreal, from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. in some twenty Après-Ski evenings! Expect the hottest beats, talented local artists, and emerging international stars taking the helm at venues like Velvet to Auberge Saint-Gabriel, from Francesco's to Soubois. Igloosapians won't miss a beat in making the most of their winter!
21 Nights Showcasing the Vibrant EDM Scene Locally and Globally
From January 18 to February 10, Igloofest will be taking over Montreal nights. Kicking off on January 19 with Après-Ski evenings at Velvet, Auberge Saint-Gabriel, Francesco’s, and Soubois, happening every Friday and Saturday after the festival, as well as on Thursday, February 1. Up to three opportunities to dance through the night, with a lineup that’s bound to thrill frenetic rhythms fans.
The festivities start on January 19 with two duos: Montreal's Fabrikate (House/Disco) at Francesco's and American twins Coco & Breezy (R&B and Afrobeats) at the intimate Soubois! Meanwhile, New York nightlife icon Eli Escobar will be taking Velvet by storm. Choices will be tough, but there's something for everyone! The following day features Englishman Quest at Francesco's, and Australian Luke Alessi at Velvet, known for his meteoric rise on global stages, backed by none other than RÜFÜS DU SOL.
Friday, January 26, welcomes BBC Radio 1's "Future star 2023," HoneyLuv, to turn up the heat at Francesco's! Moroccan headliner Ahmed Spins at Soubois, and Quebec's finest party starters The Holyand Félix Patry are sure to set Velvet alight! A melodious night awaits festival goers at Francesco's on the next day with Frenchman INVŌKER invited by label XYZ, from local crew When We Dip. On January 27, Germany's Tony Y Not will bring diverse sounds to Velvet.
On Thursday, February 1, New York's Surf Gang will keep the fun going, moving from Igloofest's Sapporo stage to Francesco's for a DJ set that promises to be one for the books. Japan's Qrion joins the lineup the following day. House sensation AIRRICA performs at Soubois and Barcelona producer and DJ Daniel Orpiwill set the mood at Velvet! Saturday, February 3, will be all about festive rhythms with HEY: ALBERT and Tallandskiinny at Velvet, alongside Laylit's signature beats at Francesco's.
For the grand finale during the closing weekend of Igloofest, the elegant layers of duo Sleep D (DJ set) will captivate Francesco's, progressive house maestro Roy Rosenfield will take over Soubois, and the Frikitoncollective will rock Velvet. The big sendoff on Saturday, February 10 will be led by the Afrotonik collective at Velvet and Californian’s new nightlife queen, HANA, at Francesco's.
